Abstract

According to Adlerian theory, children have the creative power to select, interpret, and give meaning to everything that happens around them. It follows that it is very difficult to define more or less standardized models of pedagogical conduct because there is a possibility that children will interpret adult behavior subjectively and therefore differently than expected. Every educational intervention must first and foremost be consistent, i.e., free from ambivalent and/or contradictory attitudes, and encouraging, i.e., it must help children overcome their innate weaknesses and develop multiple abilities by setting them appropriate tasks in an appropriate manner
