Abstract

Technological innovation, especially in information technology, has radically transformed business organizations and workers, creating an environment characterized by psychological and physical discomfort, a decline in creativity and interpersonal relationships, and a lack of communication. Analyzing the world of work in the context of technological innovation, a dual interaction between the company and the individual emerges. Corporate culture, pressured by the need to survive economically and productively, often finds itself in a state of inadequacy, where every failure can generate a sense of inferiority. If not addressed, this feeling can evolve into an inferiority complex, especially when technological innovation is not accompanied by a mental renewal of employees. The company, with its lifestyle and organizational culture, exerts an influence on the individual, who is constantly striving to overcome their sense of precariousness, developing both positive and negative compensations to cope with this condition. The Adlerian perspective, through communication and encouragement strategies, promotes social feeling and the value of work as tools to overcome these dynamics and foster individual and collective well-being
