Abstract

The report explores the behavior of a mixed working group, focusing on the dynamics that emerge with the inclusion of a female figure. The analysis highlights tensions and conflicts related to the perception of equality and the acceptance of the female role, highlighting the issue of submission to predominant male values. Through the interaction between leaders and group members, it prompts reflection on the need to overcome gender inequalities and promote true integration.
