Adlerian analysis can be considered an autonomous creation with respect to Freudian psychoanalysis, which it helped to develop, because the Adlerian analyst has a dynamic rather than a topical conception of the unconscious and is committed to solidarity and emotional participation with the patient, whose goals he always seeks to identify. When selecting candidates to become analysts, full adherence to the Adlerian theoretical model must be required, as it is the only one that ensures, without any harm, analytical insight on the part of the patient. Candidates must undergo personal analysis, which guarantees the harmonization of their lifestyle and, with the correct management of transference and countertransference, no harm to patients and better social integration. The didactic analysis must personalize learning, ensure in-depth knowledge of the doctrine and techniques of the school, train the candidate with cases from the teacher and their own, and incorporate the basic assumptions of Individual Psychology into the cultural background of sociology and pedagogy
