When examining the reasons behind the choice of alderism, the basic assumption is the presence of an implicit attitude of this type, prior to the choice itself. For Individual Psychology, the analyst does not adopt a dogmatic attitude towards the patient, but rather suggests a creative application of what are identified as good practices.
