As Adler anticipated, only through individualized teaching within the group can the negative effects of social conditioning be removed, overcoming cultural disadvantages and promoting the maximum development of each individual, whether deficient or gifted. To this end, it is necessary to discover how the child perceives the world and which sense organ he or she has trained the most. At school, activities should be planned that promote a sense of cooperation and develop and encourage each individual's potential. An example of this is the experience carried out in a middle school where the children made their own films.
