With neurosis and psychosomatic disorders, vital tasks are avoided due to a lack of community spirit, which succumbs to an exaggerated desire for power with which one seeks to compensate for feelings of inferiority and insecurity. Adlerian psychotherapy aims to correct unconscious dynamics by making the patient's lifestyle more harmonious, allowing them to reintegrate into society with valid existential choices, sharing work and positive compensations, which are already tested in the analytical relationship
