A person's lifestyle is always interconnected with specific cultural reference systems in which, today, the technical-scientific-operational spirit has stifled ideals and social models, with inevitable repercussions on social and family organization. This leads to clumsy attempts to recover values through superstition and magic or by reviving new mythical cultural models, which some schools of psychology also refer to. Individual Psychology, therefore, stands out clearly from these, with its pragmatic, open, and relative position, which sees life as in constant motion but always in relation to the environment in a continuous search for ever better adaptation. Individual psychological investigations aim to understand these dynamics, thus influencing the individual, microsocial groups, society in general, and the practitioners themselves who are trained in the field of Individual Psychology
