THE SIMPLEXITY OF THE SELF
Keywords:
simplexityAbstract
In this article several theories on the structure of the Self are taken into consideration: in particular the contrast between the theories that affirm the coexistence of multiple antithetical Self with a unified vision of such structure, a concept enunciated in particular by the AAs. that refer to US interpersonal psychoanalysis, and the theories enunciated above all by even contemporary philosophers, who even go so far as to deny the existence of a Self. It is described how these visions have descended into the Zeitgeist of postmodern culture. With regard to these theories, the unitary and integrated Adlerian vision of the Self is exposed in the light of the concept of simplexity
