Abstract

The theoretical principles formulated by Adler many decades ago are now, more than ever, a useful lens for looking at, interpreting and finding pathways for preventive or curative interventions in the face of psychological difficulties that often present themselves with unprecedented physiognomies. Changes that advance and alter the social fabric often go on to affect the psychological and relational functioning of individuals, family systems and organizations; possessing tools that interpret their meaning is of great help in understanding and designing appropriate interventions
