The contribution of Adlerian psychology to the interpretation of juvenile delinquency

The article examines the study of male juvenile delinquency in a Turin detention center. Attention is focused on the interaction between neurosis and social dynamics, highlighting the central role of poor communication skills and lack of socialization in situations of delinquency. The text analyzes how feelings of inferiority and the need to belong profoundly influence the individual psyche. Furthermore, attention is paid to the family constellation of the antisocial boy and how the development of community ties is fundamental, as is the integration of interdisciplinary strategies, in order to facilitate intervention and the study of criminal behavior
