Individual Psychology and Anthropoanalysis: similarities and correspondences

The article addresses the theme of freedom of choice and originality in designing human existence towards a goal, moving away from the Freudian deterministic idea experienced as paralyzing. This paper explores the parallels between Adler and Binswanger's anthropology, highlighting their shared view of man as the architect of his own destiny. The concepts of freedom in Sartrean existentialism also emphasize, similarly to Adlerian doctrine, that man is not the product of his instincts but of his own decisions, responsible for himself, in a reciprocal relationship with the social context to which he belongs
