Overcoming users' mistrust of counseling centers: clinical and promotional interventions

This study examines the difficulties users face in accessing family counseling services, highlighting their distrust of such services and the importance of clinical and promotional interventions to address this problem. Based on clinical cases, family dynamics and user expectations are analyzed, highlighting how prejudice and ignorance about available services contribute to their reluctance. The need for a multidimensional approach that integrates brief therapy and promotional interventions to improve the effectiveness of counseling centers and promote greater trust on the part of users is emphasized
