Psychosexuality in institutionalized minors explores the emotional and sexual dynamics of young people in care facilities, highlighting the impact of broken families and the need to manage themselves in an environment that encourages conflict. Through clinical interviews, the study revealed a prevalence of autoeroticism and homosexual contact, stimulated by the need for affirmation. Their relational experiences and the educational models they have received strongly influence their perception of sexuality, while psychological support proves crucial to their process of growth and maturation
