Keywords:
sexuality and crime, juvenile crime, sexual offences, antisocial behavior, sexuality and drug addictionAbstract
The relationship between sexuality and crime is a complex and multidimensional field that requires an in-depth analysis of the psychological and social dynamics involved. This study explores how the sexual instinct, despite being a fundamental biological drive, can deviate into antisocial and criminal behavior, especially among minors. The personality characteristics of victims that may influence the dynamics of the crime are examined. Perverse sexual manifestations, incest, juvenile homosexuality, and the impact of drug addiction on the relationship between sexuality and crime are also explored, offering practical ideas for effective psychosocial interventions
