This study analyzes the educational problems of a micro community of girls in an Adlerian context. Through the intervention of educators and mental health professionals, an attempt is made to address the psychological and social difficulties of the girls, many of whom have experienced significant trauma. The issues identified include feelings of inferiority, the absence of stable maternal figures, and a general difficulty in integrating into the social context. The lack of adequate affection and support has led to antisocial behavior, a distorted view of femininity, and conflictual interpersonal relationships. The Adlerian approach proposes educational strategies aimed at strengthening the sense of community and self-confidence, promoting social integration as the key to the girls' recovery and personal growth
