The psychodiagnostic and psychotherapeutic approach to deviant adolescents requires a deep understanding of their internal and external reality. The first meeting with the psychologist, laden with authoritarian significance, represents an opportunity to analyze the young person's body language and relational dynamics. Careful observation allows us to grasp their desire for acceptance and integration, as well as to assess the motivations behind their deviant behavior. Building a therapeutic alliance based on a thorough medical history promotes constructive dialogue and allows for exploration of the minor's personality, insecurities, and family context. This process helps to outline a course of action aimed at promoting social development, reducing feelings of inferiority, and encouraging cooperation. Psychotherapy is based on enhancing self-efficacy, aiming to bring about a change in the way challenges in life are faced
