The study examines the experiences of 17-year-old adolescents in a professional soccer environment, considering the role of group sports activities as a catalyst for psychological well-being. It analyzes the dynamics established in a highly competitive context, where the rules of loyalty and cooperation coexist with the pressure for personal success. The analysis highlights how sports training affects identity development, behavioral patterns, and interpersonal relationships. It highlights the risks of isolation, insecurity, and inadequacy resulting from demands for conformity and the rigidity of the system, proposing training interventions aimed at a more harmonious personality development. The ultimate goal is to encourage the full development of individual potential and promote a more integrated approach than traditional training models
