Meeting on psychotherapies
Abstract
This article reports on some of the contributions made at a meeting (held in Bari in October 1979) between scholars and practitioners of various schools of psychotherapy. After a general introduction to the conference, which deals with the subjectivity of meanings in relation to symptoms, there is a comparison between various types of intervention techniques, such as: Adlerian psychotherapy, general practitioner psychotherapy (with a series of criticisms of the case), group psychotherapy, Freudian psychotherapy, and behavioral psychotherapy
