In the field of education, training often seems to take a back seat to vocational training, but this article helps us reflect on why theoretical and psychological insights are needed. Furthermore, bringing personal experiences into play is always a determining factor in the quality of relationships in education, when dealing with problematic users. In fact, every educational situation presents interpersonal difficulties that the operator must learn to face and manage. The article also provides an in-depth analysis (including projective tests) of the personality and motivation that drives professionals to choose this profession
