Individual psychology as a tool for evaluating social initiatives. Analytical considerations on healthcare reform
Abstract
The following article analyzes the process of healthcare reform, which began with the enactment of Law No. 833 of 1978, from an Adlerian perspective. The analysis highlights how there are demands within the community that are difficult to reconcile with the establishment of positive collaborations, which would require an approach rich in social sentiment. In the complex moment of the reform's implementation, there is a period of “institutional fluidity” comparable to what happens in analytical work, aimed at promoting maturation and more harmonious balances, starting from moments of individual and collective crisis, identifying social sentiment as the cornerstone of change
