The article examines the transformative project in analytical psychotherapy, comparing Individual Psychology, Psychoanalysis, and other dynamic depth psychotherapies. Common assumptions—transference analysis, processing of unconscious dynamics, and personality maturation—are identified as key elements of the therapeutic process. Adlerian psychotherapy is presented as a dynamic depth therapy capable of combining symptom relief with structural transformation of the individual's personality. What emerges from the authors' reflection is a critical perspective that invites us to overcome dogmatic rigidity, promoting creative knowledge and dialogue between different schools
