The text critically analyzes the diagnostic and therapeutic procedures of Adlerian psychology, comparing them with psychoanalysis and behaviorism, with particular attention to the value of lifestyle analysis and causal exogenous factors. Exemplary clinical cases are discussed to show how different stimuli can determine different behaviors and neurotic reactions. The approach highlights the need to distinguish subjective psychological analysis from traditional nosography, emphasizing the unity of the individual. Finally, it underscores the potential of certain modern therapeutic techniques, such as autogenic training and other behavioral techniques, as integrative tools in clinical treatment
