Abstract

The following paper examines the legal situation of analytical activities in various European and non-European countries. This research shows that there is an urgent need for legislation everywhere. With regard to training, in all the countries examined, a degree in medicine or psychology is not mandatory, while efforts are being made everywhere to recognize training courses (internships) carried out at analytical societies (private) representing the national branches of long-established and culturally accredited international organizations as a core qualification
