Abstract

The cultural transformations risen at the end of this century from the technological revolution and the mass media communications pose about man such questions that only an agile psychology of phenomenological approach can face. The Adlerian model, which plunges the individual into his social relations’ connection, in order to read and understand his personality, appears particularly suitable for the purpose of investigating the psychic condition of 21st century man and to outline his possible achievement strategies
