Abstract

Drug addiction is a problem that has become more and more great in the last years. Adler’s works were avant-garde in this field as in many others. The authors introduce a review of the contribution that Adler at first, Dreikurs and many Adler’s followers later gave to the matter. The problem of the abuse of drugs analyzed in the light of the Adlerian theory that appears essential to understand the dynamics of the problem and of its consequences.
