Abstract

Each psychotherapy school carries a cultural and practical background with itself, which is connected to its view of the world. The activated procedures as the aim of psychotherapy, which are strictly connected to each school of thought, unfold according to common lines and objectives, regardless their characterising lexical differences. As far as Individual psychology is concerned, the best way to identify the Individual’s relational ways and habits is through the analysis of their lifestyle. In Adler’s point of view, the relation consists of the comparisons and contrasts between the doctor’s and the patient’s lifestyles. The different shapes and peculiarities of this relationship will be the central subject matter of the following report
