Abstract

What remains of the traditional Therapeutic Alliance in Adlerian Dynamic Psychotherapy as a Lifestyle Review? What new alliances are proposed today with respect to the demands of psychotherapy? Is it possible to appropriately arrive at a certain type of Therapeutic Alliance when psychotherapies take place in Public Facilities and with difficult patients or, even for economic reasons, treatments are short or limited in time?
