REDUCTIONISMS AND NOT. CONSIDERATIONS IN INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGY

Currently there are a lot of new guidelines and multiple techniques proliferation according to the myriad of schools of psychotherapy. The Individual Psychology (I.P.) offers an epistemological reflection that is rooted in Vaihinger’s pragmatic fictionalism and that is now validated by the Pragmatic Model of Network of the New Philosophy of Science. On the point of view of the methodological reductionism we can use the parameter of reductionism or not, which allows to address the theoretical and practical psychotherapeutic patterns towards a "reductionist polarity" (sort of scientistic matrix) or to a "antireductionist polarity" (sort of ultrahumanistic matrix): among these two poles there is the I.P. as an intermediate area. Maintaining the originality of his current ways and considering the basic factors of the contextualization criteria, the I.P. can compete with other models and can implement therapeutic purposes
