Abstract

Issue 81 of the Journal of Individual Psychology comes out almost simultaneously with the holding of the 27th Congress of the International Association of Individual Psychology in Minneapolis, Minnesota (USA).
The Editorial Board, therefore, intended to propose papers that could ideally reconnect with the theme that constitutes its main thread: “The feeling of inferiority: new manifestations and new approaches.”
In the succession of contributions, the reader will encounter the theme of inferiority under multiple and original aspects, including the different ways of coping with it, as they may manifest themselves in individuals, groups or in cultural settings, in pathology as well as in therapy. This ideal journey takes its starting point from a writing by Adler, to arrive at the contributions of today's scientific research
